  • Primarily responsible for Relationship Management with the CIO and the IT Leaders.
  • Partner with multiple Program Managers to identify and leverage innovative proprietary products and solutions that meet the diverse coverage needs of client's niches and programs. Use innovative touches to help differentiate the final product from the rest of the market.
  • Lead all the new opportunities in IT. Work very closely w/ CIO and IT Leaders to understand future RoadMap and Opportunities. Make sure to involve the right internal folks and drive the overall process till closure. 
  • The last point of escalation for CIO and his direct reports. Regular connect w/ all key Canon stakeholders to track progress on all the projects and identify risks/issues. Drive the corrective actions as needed
  • Develop the Solution Plan, including solution, scope, estimates, contingency, costs, schedule, delivery model, resource/sourcing plan, assumptions, and risks. 
  • Drive adherence to the Managed Delivery Principles. 
  • As needed, support individual track leads in significant re-planning effort during delivery. In particular, when there is scope change, or at the end a sprint/internal release, where significant re-planning is required. 
  • Ensure process compliance and effective capacity planning in order to minimize the cost and maximize the benefits.
  • Strategy development and systems execution, timely and quality program delivery, managing multiple projects. 
  • Coordinating stakeholder inputs and prioritization, establishing and refining procedures and governance processes.
  • Accountable for the overall P&L of the account

  • Partner with multiple Program Managers to identify and leverage innovative proprietary products and solutions that meet the diverse coverage needs of client's niches and programs. Use innovative touches to help differentiate the final product from the rest of the market.
  • Accountable for achieving approved program schedule and budget for all the programs within the account. Works closely with the program managers, client sponsors and stakeholders on any changes to approved program schedule, budget or scope.
  • Evangelize industry and in-house solutions, improvements and innovations for customers’ business growth and success.
  • Risk and issue analysis for new business models and IT solutions.
  • Drive steering committee meetings with clients; provide metrics-based status reports (Earned Value) and innovative action plans.
  • Responsible for revenue growth, gross margins, span of control, utilization.
